Polaris Maritime Services is a company focused on recruitment of Polish seafarers on various types of cargo vessels, ferries, as well as in the offshore sector. We can provide well educated and experienced crews to fit any demands, regardless if a signle crewmember, or full fleet coverage is needed. Our agents are constantly up to date with the central and eastern European market and are able to secure crew not only from Poland. If needed we can provide seafarers from as distant places as India or the Philippines. For over 20 years we have been providing crews, repair teams and manning solutions to shipowners around the world to their fullest satisfaction. About 120 of our seafarers have already signed permanent contracts with German shipowner. Many of them have been promoted to master and chief engineer positions, starting as low as deck or engine cadet.
Since the very beginning Polaris has been in direct cooperation with the Maritime University of Szczecin, ensuring young and well educated seafarers would find their way to future careers. On behalf of Hamburg Sued Group, a Scholarship programme has been introduced for the most talented students of both engineering and navigation department.
